Meet the Revital Hosts
All of our Revital hosts are either current or former responders and spouses who understand the culture and lifestyle.
-
Brittany & Dante Frascona
Dante has been a first responder for 10 years and Brittany grew up with a first responder father. We love hosting revital events because we have seen how the challenges of being a first responder can impact responders and their families and these events help counteract that impact. We love to spend our days at the lake and travel!
-
Brad Frederking
I retired two years ago from Boulder PD after 36 years in law enforcement. I have two grown daughters and my wife will be retiring this year from Broomfield PD. I’m blessed to be able to connect Townsend Retirement with Revital, two organizations I totally believe in. I look forward to meeting and supporting you on the links, on a lake or river, or on a motorcycle ride.

Brianne Price
Hey Everyone! My name is Brianne and my husband, Logan, is a Lieutenant Paramedic for Grand County EMS. We have been in the EMS world for eight years. We are Colorado natives and high school sweethearts, who love to explore the outdoors! The thing that keeps us busiest is keeping up with our six year old son and two year old daughter. Revital has brought us an amazing community!
-
Corey Carter
Hey everyone, my name is Corey Carter and have been in EMS/Fire for 15 years. Currently holding the rank of Engineer/Medic. I enjoy everything outdoors but I really enjoy hitting the river and fly fishing. I enjoy taking responders out for a day of fly fishing to get away from all the stress and to be just present and in the moment. I am married to my beautiful wife and have an amazing soon to be two year old daughter.
-
Mike Ladd
I retired from West Metro Fire Rescue in 2017 after 20 years. My wife and I have 3 grown sons- the oldest is a wildland firefighter. I enjoy most things outdoors, even more so if a motor is involved. I like being able to host events as a way to connect first responders with each other and get everyone trying new things.
-
Doug King
I've been a West Metro firefighter for 26 years and I love my job. I also coach track and field, teach chess, mountain bike and love the Lord. I have 2 kids and 2 grand kids. My wife and I have been married for 27 years.
-
Amanda Lane
Amanda worked in mental health and social work for 8 years before going into law enforcement in 2015. She loves her husband, her pets, and traveling the world! She loves connecting with and supporting other people in public service professions, because if not us, then who?
-
Keith Soustek
My name is Keith Soustek. I am with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and have been in law enforcement for 21 years. I love family vacations, especially if it involves golf or fly fishing! I love taking my fellow first responders out for a day where they don't have to be responsible for anything or think about anything except having a great day!
-
Jessica Manzano
Jessica is a first responder spouse, wife of an Arvada PD officer. She is a Colorado native, outdoor enthusiast, wife, mother to 3 little girls and Realtor® to first responder families like hers called Blue Line Living. She has been hosting Revital events for a couple of years and truly cherishes the relationships she has fostered in this community. Many of which have become close friends. Through Revital she has found a trusted camaraderie of people that understand the lifestyle and can connect with you on a deeper level. Through hosting events she hopes to create those connections, community and resources for others around her.
-
Anissa Ramirez
Hi there! My name is Anissa, I have been in law enforcement and on patrol for almost 8 years. I love all things crafts, food and group workouts and try to implement that into the events I host for all responders or female responders. Revital has done a lot for me, especially in my mental and emotional health and I want to do the same for others by hosting events where we get to decompress, disconnect from the craziness of our professions and have fun. I am currently back in school to get my license in clinical psychology, in hopes of working as a therapist for first responders and their loved ones.
-
Ashley Cappel
We are a loud and chaotic household of five plus a furry friend. Our six year old is the princess big sister to twin three year old pterodactyls, I mean boys. The kids love to visit daddy at work and we are so fortunate his fire station is right in our neighborhood. I work in Emergency Management based in a Sheriff’s Office so I get that unique perspective to work side by side with my law enforcement family and be married into a fire family.
I love what Revital offers and that there are events especially for spouses. Being a “fire wife” can become an identity but it is important for your mental health that it isn’t your only identity.
-
Erik Sundseth
I'm a Firefighter/Paramedic with Arvada Fire. I've been involved in Fire & EMS for 20 years. My wife and I live in Thornton with our two children who are 12 and 10. When not at work I enjoy playing sports, card and board games, camping, boating, and riding my motorcycle.
