Self Defense Class for Female First Responders at Academy of Grind in Loveland. This will be taught by two current Law Enforcement Officers. Participants need to wear athletic attire and are encouraged to bring a mouth guard if they have one (though not required). Outing hosted by Amanda Bader with Evans Fire.
