First responders join us for another wellness Wednesday. We will begin at 9:30am with a quick 20 minute breathing and stretching technique that can be used transitioning on/off shift to help regulate the nervous system. At 10 o’clock we will have Dr. Roosa speak about burnout and compassion fatigue. Lunch will be served at noon and an acupuncturist will be available to do a group session at 12:30pm.
