We are thrilled to host another Wellness Wednesday at Evans Fire Station. This event will focus on many aspects of wellness and is open to all responders and all agencies. There will be a presentation from Lisa Young on nutrition mental health, massages, IVs, a presentation from Neurocraft along with an initial session.

Breakfast, coffee, and snacks will be provided.
