August is a busy month for alot of us so please join us Anthem Community Park for a relaxing yoga session with beautiful views of the mountains. Whether you’re a yoga junkie or a beginner this will be a fun class led by Alia Sebben who is the girlfriend of a first responder. We will meet at the park for an hour class and then those who would like to will head to coffee or breakfast.
