Revitalize with Yoga
Yoga can be very beneficial for first responders. Yoga not only removes stress from the mind and body, but also builds resiliency and enhances mental and physical performance. Join us at Yoga Pearl in Boulder for a fun and relaxing hour long yoga experience. This will be for both men and women first responders and will be hosted by Jordan Long and run by Alia Sebben who is the girlfriend of a first responder. If you’ve never tried yoga before this would be your chance to try something new and see the benefits that come from it. We will meet at Yoga Pearl for a class that starts at 9am and then head somewhere for breakfast after.
